have an online feedback/improvemen portal where council services can be commented on good and bad. Then the council can act on the feedback or ideas to become more efficient and focused on customer service.

Why the contribution is important

because if this council truly wants to change it will welcome feed back and the tranparency that birngs with it.

We citizens are not just expected to sit back and accept the council dogma. We pay council tax and goverment taxes and both these pay for the council. So in effect we are the shareholders in the business of birmingham city.So its iur business and we need to drive it in the direction we want.

There is already a complaints, compliments and comments process via but it doesn't seem to be well known. Perhaps this should be promoted more?

Sounds like a quick win but I'm not clear on how it will save money and/or jobs?
