Ladies functional fitness

My idea is to gather a group of ladies and do a functional fitness day together pushing and helping each other throughout the day/class to help motivate one another and try and inspire each other

Why the contribution is important

I feel it's important for women to empower other women and this is something I'd like to implicate throughout the day and by motivating and helping each other and discussing ideas/ diet tips and how to remain focused
