Are you mentally Fit?

Physical fitness starts first in you head. Removing the barriers to physical fitness leads to a more enjoyable expereince of fitness.

Our groups start with a session understanding where your physical fitness starts and understand how we stop ourselves. With the barriers removed we are free to do any physical activity. Sampling up to 8 different activities - Rowing, climbing, jogging etc women receive a holistic approach to phuysical fitness

Why the contribution is important

In understanding the principles behind physical fitness lies with mental fitness, women are able to enjoy sport, fitness and activity far beyond the initial programme. Instilling in them a sense of confidence, increased self esteem to continue to increase and enhance thier fitness.

With increased confidence they will be able to seek out other activites and try sports they would not imagine they could do. All in the safety and security knowing all the participants are on the same journey.

    Group social working 20 minutes of about 15 ladies creates laughter and sharing stories. And this walking is to go for zumba group session by walking.
